14-8-2011 The end

Na goed overleg en lang beraad heeft Treatment besloten om er een eind aan te maken. Het liep niet meer lekker, en doelstellingen werden niet meer gehaald, andere interesses namen de overhand, en de motivatie verdween.

Hieronder onze dankwoorden:

Johan:
Thanx aan iedereen die ons en mij persoonlijk hebben gesteund de afgelopen tijd. In de ‘slechts’ 1,5 jaar bij Treatment heb ik een f*cking mooie tijd gehad! F*cking mooie optredens gedaan, f*cking hard gedanst, f*cking veel lol gehad en we hebben f*cking mooie muziek gemaakt. F*ck!!

Leon:
Ik wil bij deze iedereen bedanken die voor ons heeft klaar gestaan in de afgelopen 6 jaar. Echt hele vette dingen gedaan zoals ons Duitsland avontuur en die zuipfestijnen. Als ik er dan zo even bij stil sta dan baal ik zeer zeker van deze stap, maar ik heb er hopelijk een paar goeie maties aan over gehouden en jullie zullen ons zeer zeker met een avond stappen bij elkaar zien.

Stefan:
In de afgelopen 6 jaar, hebben we een hoop lol gehad en coole optredens gedaan. Ik wil graag iedereen bedanken die ons hebben gesteund , en die ervoor gezorgt hebben dat de afgelopen 6 jaar voorbij zijn gevlogen. ik wil ook graag mijn bandgenoten bedanken voor een hoop mooie herineringen. Ik ben de afgelopen jaren muzikaal erg gegroeid en dit was niet mogelijk geweest zonder jullie...

Tiemen:
Het is jammer dat er definitief een eind aan Treatment komt. In 6 jaar, met ups and downs, veel geleerd en veel plezier gehad! Ook is het belangrijk dat we als vrienden uit elkaar gaan. Familie, vrienden, vriendinnen, fans, andere bands, producers, organisaties en iedereen die ook maar iets voor Treatment betekend heeft. Bedankt voor jullie steun! En natuurlijk Stefan, Luuk, Leon en Johan bedankt voor de fantastische tijd!

Luuk:
Rocken, dat is wat Treatment altijd gedaan heeft. Helaas komt daar nu een eind aan. We hebben zoveel vette dingen meegemaakt, en dat pakt ons niemand meer af.
Persoonlijk ben ik erg gegroeid door Treatment. Muzikaal, maar ook op heel veel andere vlakken. Ik raak hierdoor zeker geen vrienden kwijt, en ik zal ook zeker actief blijven in deze muzikale wereld. Bedankt guys!
Ook wil ik graag iedereen bedanken die ons al die jaren gesteund heeft. Zonder jullie hadden we niet zoveel kunnen bereiken.

Voor de diehard fans hebben we nog merchandise in onze opslag. Je kunt ons mailen als je hier interesse in hebt!

07-06-11 New plans

So, it's been a while since you've heard from us.
But that doesn't mean we've been quiet. Actually, we've been louder than ever!

We wrote two brand new songs in addition to the all new EP, and in August we're gonna record it, so you can enjoy another two new songs not much later.
We've continued the new brutal sound and added an even more technical flavour to it. But as Johan so elegantly put it during rehearsal: "Technical sh*t is great, but we must not forget to put some gruesome, barbaric low-end riffs into it, cause we want to dance our asses off on stage!"

Then there are all the other plans we have for Treatment... We can't say much about them right now, but it's gonna be awesome!

Last night was the EP release party, and what a party it was!!
We enjoyed watching all you crazy motherf*ckers go wild and together we raised the roof!
Thanx a lot for coming out and supporting us.

So it's finally there, the new EP of Treatment. It's called 'Into The Grey' and we are f*cking proud of it.
It's got 4 tracks on it; Nothingness, Redemption, The Fire Inside and Into the Grey, together over 20 minutes of music!

8-03-11 Hello we're back!!!

Finally it's there! The new EP of Treatment is ready! We are proud to announce that the release will be at ATAK Enschede on the 26th of March.

These last weeks took a lot of time to create the perfect sound and to create a perfect setting for this half hour show. That's right, not much time to get an idea of what the boys will bring you in 2011. But true die-hards won’t miss this one. It will be the best and most intense half hour gig Treatment has ever done!

No tears shed ‘cause there's a gig at Walhalla Deventer not much later. Then you can see the full show and experience what Treatment is all about.

Here are some quotes that have been going around in the Treatment camp:

Leon/Stefan: “This record has everything guitar-wise: double solo's, melodic and a bunch of neck muscle molesting metal riffs.”
Luuk: “I'm curious what the next songs will bring as a bass player. F*ck this record makes me even more connected with the drums.”
Johan: “When I first played with these guys I knew they could do a few things. But to hear them play and notice how professional they work these past months, it just had to become damn good!”

Why all the silence suddenly around Treatment?
Well, we’re working our ass off to get in shape for the new recording sessions that are taking place in October 2010. Yes, that’s right, a brand new EP with 4 new songs.
If all goes well, and it will, the EP will be available in the first half of 2011. You will experience a new sound of Treatment, more rhythmic, more dynamics, a new singer and even more power when all is mixed with the original Treatment sound.
We will keep you posted with all the facts and fun stuff that happens while we’re prerecording at Trinix Studio Arnhem, so keep checking the site.
We can’t wait to let you hear all the new stuff when we finally return to the stage as soon as possible!

Hey everyone!
It's been a while since you've heard something from us. Sorry! To make up for it we've got a big announcement to make:
With great pleasure we announce our new lead singer: Johan Kézér.

Because Stefan wanted to be more focussed on the guitar 'job' (no no, he is still with us!) we started to search for a new vocalist in the past couple of months. After some auditions with different people we unanimously decided that Johan is a perfect fit for Treatment.

To celebrate we decided to put our EP "Slavery" online for Free Download at our website!

For Treatment it's always been a challenge to develop and improve ourselves in any aspect of our music and performance. Now we have quite some gigs in May to prove this!
